Student-Athlete Profile template (Cloud Storage/Google Drive)

• You need to personalize this file with your own information. You will continue to update this information throughout your recruiting experience.
• When you are ready to send it to coaches, print it as a PDF file and ATTACH the PDF file to the email​ (template below).

Set Up Accounts (NCAA Eligibility Center, YouTube, Social Media)

• NCAA Eligibility Center: www.eligibilitycenter.org - If you are pursuing NCAA Division I or II schools, you must have an NCAA ID number. Division III schools don't require it, but they offer you the opportunity to set up a free profile that can easily be upgraded if you need it for Div I or II.
• YouTube.com: Set up an account where you will post your recruiting video
• Twitter/Facebook/Instagram: Set up a social media account for athletic recruiting. You don't need to use all three.
